we probably all have seen a reference to too many pages submitted 2day or heard about people being banned from a search engine for one reason or another...
how are they (se's) able to list too many pages submitted?
is this based on the domain submited or based on the sending ip#
tha same question holds true for banishment from a se...

Both. They can track you by your ip address and by the domain of the pages you are submitting. You need to be carefull on both accounts.
