where can I get a more detail support table that includes search engine requirements and rules (such as max. number of keywords in metatag)?

Start over at Ds's [searchenginewatch.com...] and search around from there. I don't know of anything that is currently up-to-date. The problem is that those of us that know, it takes a crow bar to pry the info off of them. ;-)
