My apologies as I cannot find the obscure tivra link I had.
I believe it was a sub page of AT&T research labs. I revisited there and the pages are just too slow loading.

I do recall that they are a paid research company.
I'm not paying them and their research doesn't appear to be for my benefit. Since I recall their explaination being fairly broad.
