I've seen this User Agent spider some sites lately from 216.178.189.230 which resolves to all-technology.com
Anybody have info?

Interesting that this Debian box looks like is pulling some extra duty, it is a name server, a webserver[Apache/1.3.9 + PHP/4.0.3pl1] and a mail server. [freekteck.org...] is one on the same box, but it looks like our culprit is at 216.178.189.233. Looks to be a search engine startup: [aeiwi.com...]

Aeiwi has been active for a while, just doesn't seem to be going anywhere fast... their huge menu drill-down system could be interesting in terms of better search accuracy, but I think they're asking too much effort of the average searcher.

I kinda like the name... it rolls off the tongue in a fun sorta way: Ay-Whee! (I could be pronouncing it wrong too, but who's counting)
