The actual IP that hit my site was 63.142.76.129
But doing a trace to 63.142.76.129 ends at widevine.seattle.winstar.net (209.141.173.74)
Been slamming me the past 2 days with requests. Definately spider behaviour. Did request robots.txt.

Looks like widevine is leasing the line from from winstar.net by the address of their company in the website. Widevine is a security company so odds are they were checking for copyright violations and such. These security bots are getting annoying. Do you have a user agent?
