my raw log file shows this ip: 216.0.86.82. I looked at my stats server, showing the inbound identity as "perlone". I traced this to digex network. But, I would like to know who 216.0.86.82 really is. Is it a spider, competitor, etc?

Address: 216.0.86.81 -> Name: internet-mkt-data.com If you read [internet-mkt-data.com...] & [internet-mkt-data.com...] they talk about their bot. There is a good chance that is their bot sitting one IP up.
