007/v7 spider

Yesterday a had a visit from the 007/v7 and this is the first time I have seen this spider. I tried to resolve the IP address (216.231.10.197) and found no results. Does anyone have information on this spider?

216.231.10.192 - 216.231.10.255
They are allocated this ip. I haven't seen it before, though.

thank you for the reply. I have added them to my known spiders list. I wonder if they were just trying to collect data before they solicit us.
