Anybody heard of the Pizilla++ ver 2.45 agent?

The IP resolves to cypress.he.net. he.net looks like a hosting outfit.

I think these guy's are doing some covert marketing.

The Pizilla bot seems to be related to the SplatSearch.com user agent. They always seem to spider the same page in the same second.
