using wildcard IP-range or not

When targeting a new SE (foreign) for cloaking your pages, changes are big that you don't have all their IP-numbers at once. So, I asked why I shouldn't use a complete IP-range like: 194.134.109.*

I believe that SE own a complete block of IP-numbers. If that's not the case, some other people are able to see my pages also. But are their other reasons why this might be dangerous?

Problem is that some of the IPs within a range may be assigned to human operators at the search engines. You sure wouldn't want to cloak for those!

hmmmm interresting,

I thought I should also cloak for edditors, because they will otherwise see the differnce between the page spidered and the page THEY see. I asume that human edditors aren't that alert then. (for excample if they check if dicription tag and title tag are matching).
