Timpibot/0.9 (+http://www.timpi.io)
Robots.txt: No
IP: 65.108.225.nnn

This one is especially stupid (first time seen) in that it is asking for the right endfilename.txt, but ignores the required file folder hierarchy to get there. Thus eats 404s all by itself.

Being Hetzner I'm not too surprised...

Oh, there it is in the Out of Sight, Out of Mind bin. Note the two sightly different UAs. Both were on the https side, suggesting it's a fairly new robot; most still start at http.

I have it down as InnSys, Canada. Claims to be an ISP.

The two UAs sent different headers with different deficits. One of the two included
Accept-Language: en-ZA, en-GB, en-US, en
Got a vague notion Hetzner has a presence in South Africa. The other of the two used a specific form of Accept: header that must once have been popular with robots, because it's blocked even though I rarely see it these days.
