Any Reason Not to Ban Oracle IP Range?

User Agent DF Bot downloaded the robots.txt riding on an Oracle IP addy 192.29.0.0/16

Pretty sure I've seen other bots on Oracle IPs. Any reason why I shouldn't block these ranges?

I am not familiar with that Oracle IP or the DF bot but I have not yet met a visitor on one of their ranges that I would want to welcome back. Most seem to be scripts, not human.

I haven't found any benefit from that range, or DF Bot... been in the deny for a while.

Looking back... four years now.
