Googlebot and HTTP/2 - still stuck in HTTP/1.1

Howdy fellow netizens!

Looks like Googlebot was supposed to start switching to HTTP/2 back in Oct/Nov 2020. I haven't had it enabled on the server at the time, so did not pay much attention. But I am serving over HTTP/2 for over a month now, and not a single HTTP/2 request from Google. Cause for concern? Bingbot has happily been downloading only using HTTP/2 within days after it was enabled.

Can Googlebot be enticed to start using HTTP/2 ?

Currently on my site around 3% of Googlebot activity is using HTTP/2 but these are requests to a domain funneled through Cloudflare. I am not sure that HTTP/2 is really coming from Google, or just translated from HTTP/1.1 to HTTP/2 by Cloudflare. I guess the latter.
