Appears to be a structured request builder (there's a website easily found as #1,2 and 3 on bing...) but I'm not sure I want to post that link here.
If it is supposed to build requests it sure is flawed, every one was for an image (name correct, but the PATHS WERE ALL WRONG!) and thus ate 404s first time around. Because of that behavior AND the AWS range has been consigned to deny from here on out.
