It’s early days yet, but I found this in one site's logs.
52.240.159.abc - - [09/Apr/2019:18:22:46 -0700] "GET /robots.txt HTTP/1.1" 200 1146 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; bingbot/2.0; +http://www.bing.com/bingbot.htm)"
52.162.161.abc - - [09/Apr/2019:18:22:49 -0700] "GET /directory/subdir/pagename.html HTTP/1.1" 200 15563 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; bingbot/2.0; +http://www.bing.com/bingbot.htm)"
bing has a great many 52 ranges, including but possibly not limited to:
52.96-115
52.120-123
52.125-127 (really)
52.145-191 (really)
52.224-255

I’ve seen 52.162.211 and 213 (never .212) used for plainclothes activity since last fall, but this is the first time I’ve seen the bingbot by name from anywhere in 52. I have no reason to believe it's a faker, since bingbot headers are pretty distinctive.

Both rDNS and Bing's verify bingbot tool say neither IP range is real bingbot.
