Lets just put it straight out there; there is more than one skotina in a world. There is more than one type of skotina in a world, there always a theory that some random skotina is just that - skotina.
Some of the type want to learn their programming skills(and here is a 403 for u) and some are just that -plain annoying type, e.g. this is the type I would call out of the box skotina.
Not even capitalizing the word...
