Hmm. Does the server have mod_security, returning the same 403 response as a request you've blocked yourself? I'm not sure I like the idea of a host responding to requests all of its ownsome.

Did all the requests really start with * or have you obfuscated something for posting purposes? Are those actual filenames on your site? (I like “GET ...content-scraper”. Showing your intent there, robot?)

The percent-encoded bit is not Russian but Chinese. Wonder what led them to expect a Chinese directory name at this point?
