Question about Bing Preview

Bing preview being used as a proxy?

When I see hits from Bing Preview (and these are not forged or fake) do those hits represent hits by real people (or maybe bots I guess) that are using Preview to browse my site (ie using Preview as a proxy)?

I think Bing Preview is a bot like any other and not a request from a human. Bing Preview acts like a bot. The request headers do not return any language info for the browser, meaning it is not a human.
