Istellabot italian bot. how to block ip range?

So this istellabot from Italy is bugging my site. Keeps changing ips. I'm blocking by UA. Anyone know their ip range? Thanks!

If you are blocking it via UA why change to IP blocking?

Yes, it's fine then. I'll just block by UA.. this bot is quite cumbersome.. floods my fw logs.

Obligatory reminder: blocking a robot will have no effect on your logs, because a logged 403 takes up precisely as many bytes as a logged 200. (Blocking a human can make a slight reduction in log size--and in server load--since they won’t request all the supporting files that would have come with the page.)
