Nekstbots task is to index websites of the Polish Internet in order to obtain information needed to build the Polish Semantic Web Search Engine (NEKST project) developed at the Institute of Computer Science of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IPIPAN).

If they're anything like Google--to pick a name at random--they'll never take your word for it about what language a given page is in; they insist on deciding for themselves.
“Polish Internet” is an awfully ambiguous term. (Unlike, say, “North Korean Internet”.) Sites hosted in Poland? Sites whose default language is Polish? Sites with some Polish content? Sites that include a white-and-red flag option?
