Not a UA but a referer. Anyone know what this is?

Showed up as the referer for a single image file; log search confirms that I've never set eyes on them before. At least not in the last couple of years. IP, UA, headers seem to be human. Is it part of the MS office family, or something like a search engine? Web page leaves me none the wiser.

Don't remember seeing this referer; might be something new.

I have >10k images with constant scrape attempts. I filter these from my log report so unless I am investigating a specific event, I don't see all the 403s.

When I try the URI it redirects to Bing Search, so it seems to be a Bing property, but it still could be spoofed.
