Is this one of those setups where people recommed web pages to each other, and you sometimes have to consider letting the robot in even if it doesn't strictly follow The Rules, because it might result in legitimate human traffic?

I've blocked it for years simply because it always wants my images. Never seen actual people using that UA or referrer.
From their website, it says stuff about "creating your own worlds" which, as I see it, is taking stuff from other people's worlds :)
