Logicweb scrapers

I'm seeing scrapers from an AFRINIC range for Logicweb, very hard to get much information from their whois. What I found shows:
196.52.8.0 - 196.52.9.255
LogicWeb
parent: 196.52.0.0 - 196.55.255.255
with addresses in GB and US:
RTFM LTD London GB
LogicWeb Inc.Easton, PA USA

It was trapped, so I get a notification (the IP). But until I get the logs I don't see the UA - it is not my site, I only get the logs twice a month (unless there's an emergency). I should have in by next Tuesday.

Just curious... is this the server set-up, or the maintenance plan you have with your client?

Just the arrangement I have made. If I really needed to get them I could, but I'm kind of short on time and the notification process has also blocked the scrapers for now, so it is not urgent enough.
