I had to look that up. The domain--name, not IP--belongs to some guy in Ukraine. No, I did not type "ua" by mistake for "us".

The site does appear to be eco themed. Why they're crawling pages is interesting since doing so leaves a measurable carbon footprint (albeit depending on the breadth of the crawl.)
