Just came across the following user agent:

medication form Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko

I'm new to this - digging into Apache access control, HTTP headers, UA strings, etc - so forgive me if there's nothing novel or amusing about this but . . I gotta say . . as user agents go I don't see this every day

So, was this sent by a drug addled bot?

P.S. Oh, glorious, I just looked up the IP and it's attached to a local healthcare organization. How . . on . . earth . .

Any other "funnies" out there . . or is it just me? :P

If you can't keep a sense of humor about this dirty work you'll go stark raving mad. I was there once, during the whack a mole phase, then discovered "range" and "colo" and "I need to sleep at night" and got on with the rest of my life.

If we didn't have the ongoing stupidity of robots to laugh at, life would not be worth living. Paw through your logs and you'll find user-agents that start with the literal words "User-Agent:" or, for variety's sake, quotation marks. It's the botrunner's equivalent of standing up and reciting verbatim "I comma your name comma do solemnly swear open-bracket affirm close-bracket" et cetera.

Besides, give me a stupid robot any day. Intelligent ones are scary.
