For the past few days, this bot has been hitting one of my pages once per hour, at the same time every hour.

I just did a logs search for "infegy". Way, way back in 2011 they looked like this:
Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Linux; Socialradarbot/2.0; en-US; [e-mail])
Their IP at the time was 38.100.blahblah (a range I associate with general vexatiousness, but I can't remember why). The element "Social" suggests that they're related.
