I have a dozen pages cited & listed as sources at Wikipedia, so it's no surprise Wikimedia is checking links, but this UA is new to me. I sent them an email asking what they're up to.

Coincidentally, Quickwiki is also making an sudden appearance. Although a different company, this is an Android & iOS reader app for Wikipedia & other Wiki properties on your mobile device.

RE: Reverter - This was Wikipedia's reply:

After looking into this, it appears not to be the Wikimedia Foundation, but a user running a tool on the Wikimedia Foundation's servers. In this case, the tool is likely to be checking the website is still live (although I'm still trying to track down exactly what it was). Blocking it may well lead to the link being marked as dead and replaced, so I would advise against it.
By "user" I assume it is a volunteer/editor, but they all are that save Jimmy Wales & a small staff.
