If you want the RIPE ones as well I can run up a precis, though not much more detail than above except country and status.
Please note: I by no means have a full list. Total records I have are around 80.

Early registrations are a pain. 141 is mainly Europe with about three areas of primarily US. But since they are early registrations, you should be able to get adequate information from any free lookup that gives you ranges by country; academic IPs don't change much. In your case, allow 141.US/Canada and block the others, with possible exemptions for Argentina and the plains of Thessaly* for your particular widgets.
141.1-7 (really) claims to be Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Watch out for Institutes of Technology, because I'm sure everyone gets a "build a robot" assignment and they don't normally include "ask for and honor robots.txt" in the rules ;)
I've got 141.8.128.0/18 marked as Yandex. But I've only met a yandexbot from this neighborhood once in my life (thank you, TextWrangler).
141.70.64.0/20 Studentenwohnheime in Stuttgart, but I've met an MJ12bot from this range. (Aside: I've got nothing against MJ12 in person, but I don't like them well enough to poke holes when they come from unwanted IPs.)
141.101.0.0/19 Ukraine. The fact that I've got them noted probably means that I once met a robot, but it wasn't offensive enough to block the range pre-emptively even if it appears to be a human ISP.
141.105.64.0/21 Hostkey, Russia. I've got this blocked.
141.104-133 is at least half ARIN, with the rest being respectable countries in RIPE and APNIC. ("Respectable" = say, France and Australia rather than Brazil and Ukraine. Sorry, folks.)
141.138.192.0/20 some kind of Dutch robot
141.139-167 is another US-heavy neighborhood, with more at 141.173-254. 141.233 seems to be U of Wisconsin at Oshkosh. (Dunno where Madison is, but I'm sure it's bigger than a lone /16.)
141.250 Università degli Studi di Perugia (Italy).
Oh, Oakland University, is that what it is. I'd got it down as ?UMich with a question mark. I guess I meant "some university located in Michigan".
There are no major Canadian universities in 141. I'd have noticed.
* I'm making this up. There don't seem to be any of either one in 141.

Looks like there are about 2,451 ranges in 141. This is what it looks like on a country basis: | NL | 548 | | FR | 385 | | RU | 356 | | GB | 239 | | HR | 190 | | DE | 176 | | NO | 139 | | CH | 50 | | UA | 48 | | SI | 39 | | EU | 26 | | FI | 24 | | LB | 20 | | SE | 20 | | BA | 15 | | AT | 15 | | PL | 14 | | IT | 13 | | DK | 12 | | ES | 11 | | KZ | 10 | | US | 10 | | MK | 9 | | LT | 9 | | CZ | 8 | | BE | 7 | | LV | 7 | | GR | 7 | | MT | 5 | | SK | 5 | | JO | 4 | | RO | 3 | | IE | 3 | | BG | 3 | | AM | 3 | | TR | 3 | | BY | 2 | | AE | 2 | | DZ | 2 | | MD | 1 | | EE | 1 | | RS | 1 | | PT | 1 | | AL | 1 | | GE | 1 | | LU | 1 | | IN | 1 | | IL | 1 |
The Class A also has about 430 US ARIN ranges.

Formerly home of Matilda Dodge-Wilson. The Oakland stands for Oakland County. Originally Oakland was a branch of U of M (may still be). Her Daughter Frances was a big widget participant ;) Oakland's website has a superb section on the Wilson-Dodge Families.
