Recently came across UA that has been hammering several of the sites I manage: .NET Framework Test Client

Apparently its a part of .NET framework - HttpWebRequest.UserAgent Property : [msdn.microsoft.com...]

All hits from TekSavvy/CA DSL(reverse says DSL, so..) Ranges, multiple ranges. All Light-Headed :), if U^z know what I mean.

Not quite clear on the UA. Does it include the keyword HttpWebRequest or similar or is it "Test Client"?
