not2easy - thanks for the extra. I have a wider range blocked with that one in the middle - that happened to one of keyplr's ranges as well. These are sub-ranges of Romania's Jump network - I THINK some of it is DSL but I'm getting close to blocking the whole lot. :(

gigahosting - I have a note about that one, too, but since it's in the wider range I left it.

keyplr - I have so many blocked sub-ranges on 91.194.0.0/16 that I've almost blocked the complete range in bits and bobs. :(

Wow, there's a blast from the past. Remember dotbot? In the same range is ezooms, which I've cryptically got in notes as "behaves better, but no known purpose".

Somewhere along the line I'd mistakenly blocked the whole 208.115 sector. Looking it up to see how much damage I'd done:

208.115.0.0/19 Network Telephone apparently human (DSL and so on)
208.115.32.0/19 Peak 10 apparently robotic (cloud computing etc)
208.115.64.0/19 Convention Communications Provisioners (94 is Caesars Palace, 95 is Raleigh Convention Center also in Las Vegas, and so on, I just checked a couple at random) --Is this human? Does "Convention Communications" mean the WiFi that comes in your hotel room?

208.115.128.0/20 Equinix ("equally foggy"? something about clouds? Oops, no, I'm thinking of nubes. nix is snow, possibly the kind you get on an analog TV) sounds more robotic than not

Can someone point to a general Leaseweb list? I found one range that I'd noted as "Leaseweb, formerly NetDirect" but don't know if this means that the range was sold or that the owners changed their name.
