107.21.154.79 - - [18/Feb/2013:00:49:37 -0700] "GET www.example.com/pinterest-5be82.html HTTP/1.1" 403 841 "-" "Pinterest Domain Verifier"

107.20.0.0/14 #Amazon (107.20.0.0 - 107.23.255.255)

pinterest-5be82.html seems to be a file used to verify a domain submitted to the Pinterest. Someone can take images from your site and "pin" them to Pinterest. Pinterest urges that the pinned image be cited with the origin web site name and link-back, but this is not required.

Don... as you can see the server returned a 403. I do have a comprehensive, multilayer filter in place including headers, IPs and UAs (of which the term" domain" is included.)

The post is a FYI, not a plea for help :)
