Not sure if they're just a marketing company or something more devious, but have had 8-10 sessions from different IPs hitting our site very very slowly for the last couple of hours.

Brand Affinity used to be part of this Latisys-Irvine range: 207.38.96.0 - 207.38.127.255
Looks like it moved over a bit. Thanks for the new D range.

I have 207.38.0.0 - 207.38.127.0 assigned to latisys, although a group of IPs in the middle of the range seems to be sub-assigned.
