Something weird with Google IP ranges

I've always been under the impression the entire 66.249. range was Google. Today I saw some unusual activity and it came from a Google IP. I looked up the IP and found:

WEB INTEGRITY INC.

Curious, I checked some other hits in the 66.249 range and found:

PHONOSCOPE

Has something changed, or did I just miss the boat on this a long time ago?

You've assumed incorrectly as I once did.

66\.249\.(6[4-9]|[78][0-9]|9[0-5])\.

There's even been some fake google run from the lower range Class C

Ah, thank you. I used a Google IP range I found here a long time ago. I should have verified it then!
