Someone is trying to spam the heck out of one of my sites for weeks now using the same Opera user agent with a link embedded in the user agent. I assume the purpose is to get some SEO value as I automatically publish all the blocked user agents but they don't show as an actual link on any page, just the raw HTML like below.

Here's a sanitized sample as I wouldn't want to give them any actual promo:

202.43.183.61,"Opera/9.80 <a href="http://www.example.com">how much is my car worth</a> (Windows NT 5.1; U; en) Presto/2.10.229 Version/11.60"

202.162.219.122,"Opera/9.80 <a href="http://www.example.com">DIY HOJO motor</a> (Windows NT 5.1; U; en) Presto/2.10.229 Version/11.60"

213.218.178.125,"Opera/9.80 <a href="http://www.example.com">Free Promotion</a> (Windows NT 5.1; U; en) Presto/2.10.229 Version/11.60"

70.137.152.108,"Mozilla/4.0 <a href="http://www.example.com">ipad lessons</a> (Windows NT 5.1; U; en) Presto/2.10.229 Version/11.60"

Looks like perhaps I should exemplify their embedded links before I publish the page just in case my site is passing any PR, it won't for long ;)

Well, they moved to another site of mine as well.

Don't know if they're just targeting my sites or any site that publishes user agent strings, but I think I'll start filtering out anything from within "<a href="">blah</a>" from any reports and replace it with "<SEO spam removed>" just to make sure I'm not overlooking something.
