GETs html and image files. Don't know if this bot obeys robots.txt since it was new to me and I did not have this sub range of hetzner blocked (I do now.)

5/8 is a fairly new allocation. I have the complete 5.9/16 blocked for hetzner from only a few weeks ago (all hetzner should be blocked).
