Just passing this one along for your info:

91.213.91.nn - - "GET / HTTP/1.0" 403 - "-" "MIA DEV/search:robot/0.0.1 (This is the MIA Bot - crawling for mia research project. If you feel unhappy and do not want to be visited by our crawler send an email to spider@neofonie.de; h**p://spider.neofonie.de; spider@neofonie.de)"

Needless to say, I did not oblige this bot.

In these types of instances, should I provide the whole IP?

gg,

What you have provided (91.213.91.nn) is the correct forum procedure.

Many thanks.

I have the whole /16 blocked on that range, with the note: "Seems to be russia-operated backbones in /24 blocks"
