Might anybody have a recent analysis/opinion on them?

I've some old saved references to harvesters and content filters.
Early on they were a content filter.
Today they are a dsl-provider, colo, web-hosting NET services, and a bunch more.
In addition, their website states they been acquired by Megapath, which seems to be primarily a hosting company.
My visitor today was one of their dsl customers.
Today's IP different from my previously saved references.
Is it possible to separate the actual users (dsl or otherwise) from the rest of their commercial users?
