*missing*

Yahoo image bot

For about a month I've been seeing multiple image requests from non-crawler Yahoo IP ranges with *missing* (including asterisks) as the UA. These are in today's logs, but there may have been other Yahoo IP ranges.

Started blocking right away but hits have continued daily despite 403.

Yup seeing it too and briefly mentioned it in the Y! Layoff thread. I havent figured out why their requests are giving me a 500 error code instead of 403 though.
