Given the new Fire news...

I see a handful of Kindles coming from Amazon IPs:

8.18.145.128
8.18.145.160

Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; en-US) AppleWebKit/528.5+ (KHTML, like Gecko, Safari/528.5+) Version/4.0 Kindle/3.0 (screen 600x800; rotate)

Hits are to / only -- no graphics, no nothing.

Rarely do I see Kindle UAs, rarer still from anywhere else. (Most recently, server farm Giglinx.)

Kindle sightings anyone?

Finally saw one. Came via a Google search from Trinidad. Behavior appears to be valid user.

dstiles, keyplyr and I saw the same UA but not necessarily the Kindle Fire UA. I don't know if Fire will be similarly named/based or not.
