Hong Kong DSL - I get a fair few scrape attempts etc from there.

On the other hand, that looks like a standard google chrome UA so it may be just a very fast viewer? :)

There's no question scrapers are coming from the above two ranges at Netvigator. These were not human. They dragged spoofed referrers, attempted root access and requested non-organic link traps that humans would not see.

I have seen them pass by a number of times though not drop in and as such I can confirm that they are not human visitors.

Then a few redirects to 127.0.0.n stopped them coming altogether.
