I had another visit from it, this time from 87.183.108.nnn
The page that describes the spider "Webspider Jeanie 2010" is [robotsdc.de...] However despite noticing that I want it in English, it serves it up in German (and my German isn't that great). But it doesn't mention robots.txt anywhere.

Been around a long time, w/ numerous names/versions/strings. For at least two-plus years, I've see it run only out of .dip.t-dialin.net accounts (a.k.a. Dipsters), sometimes with fake search Refs, sometimes just log-spamming its site. robots.txt? Nein. FWIW:
