The IP address host a page with a simple search box.
That links to www.wmtransfer.com www.webmoney.ru

Can't quite see what their objective in spidering is and they seem to be Russian based and to do with online payments.

They are probably spidering the sites that have been visited by the users with their toolbar installed, OR NOT.

I don't most of the time, I feed them 503s or 203kzkzkzkz to see what else is comming....and 007 once in a while just to BOND it even farther.....

I have Amfibi's cabot/nutch enabled (with match to IP 64.111.217.90) but all others are blocked with a regex that checks for spaces and symbols.

IP is Kazakhstan, a domain I redirect by default to an off-site, e-mail-for-access info page. Ditto strings with: "ru; rv:".

2.) The add-on is block-worthy on its own because it enables: "constant monitoring of web-sites opened in the browser whether they belong to the community of WebMoney internet resources..." -Source: Google "WebMoney Advisor"; see first link.
