UA is just someone's dopey juxtaposition of "lar" and "bin" --

207.67.117.17*
binlar_2.6.3 (binlar2.6.3@unspecified.mail)

robots.txt? Yes

ISP = Secure Computing / TW Telecom Holdings. A quick search of the full IP shows its alter ego(s):

207-67-117-17*.static.twtelecom.net
larbin_2.6.3 larbin2.6.3@unspecified.mail
larbin_2.6.3 (larbin2.6.3@unspecified.mail)

FWIW, I've rewritten ^207\.67\.117\. since at least 2007.

I've got that /24 blocked as being "servers" which means either it's servers or troublesome static DSL.

Can't check which 'cause arin's whois has shot itself and is telling me that it can't resolve IPs as they appear to be domain names. So who(is) broke it? :)
