IP: 202.69.141.**
rDNS: mx-ll-202.69.141-**.static.tttmaxnet.com
robots.txt: yes

This rDNS could be forged since hostname mx-ll-202.69.141-**.static.tttmaxnet.com does not exist, however the registrant is "Maxnet, Internet Service Provider, Bangkok" which matches up.

Comment in UA string:

(A non-profit search engine for the benefit of charity.; http://www.isara.org; search@isara.org)

No bot info page at isara.org that I could find so unclear what is done with the harvested data. However maxnet.co.th is a Thai broadband provider which may offer search, but their ISP web site is difficult to translate due to mostly images and flash.

Just saw this one too. Same rDNS and WhoIs info.

Any thoughts on what purpose a search engine for the benefit of charity means?

Gary,
There are a few of these types SE's, which contribute a few pennies to the charity of your choice (from their list) "per each" search/click.
