I found one post that refereed to it as a spam attempt trying to inject something into forums.
In my case it is trying to load "index.php" from my root, being referred by same file "index.php" ?!
index.php does not exist. I do use this though:
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .htm .html
The IP is 24.x.x.x, in U.S.
It also tries to load some catch.php with kind of link injection to some forum.
Enough I guess.
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.61 [en] (X11; U; ) - BrowseX (2.0.0 Windows)
Both user agent and referrer domain are banned.
