I have the range 66.96.128.0 - 66.96.255.255 (Network Operations Center Inc.) blocked already so I've obviously had bad bots from there before.

Why they should run with that browser is a mystery but I doubt it actually is restricted in what it can read. Although http/1.0 would be correct for it so who knows?

IE 5 will run in 3.1 thru 2000. :)
