This is some kind of service for mobile access to Yahoo. But I can't figure out if it's a proxy server for mobile devices or a crawler for the mobile service.

If you try the IP as a web URL you get the resopnse: "Not Found on Accelerator"

My brain is mush right now so nope, not a clue.

I'm trying to setup my first cloud-based server. I'm using a LAMP setup to save money cause Windows Server is an extra $20 a month. I know nothing about Apache and Linux right now.

Is it some kind of pre-fetch service for mobile devices?
