Took the default root page for a bunch of my sites.

I can't find any information about this on the search engines. One thought was it's just a home user messing with his UA string. But the only files it took were default root pages, which seems odd if this is just a human.

Am I correct that it appears to be running from a dial-up account?

Broadband, yes. dip.t-dialin is a major source of bots and spam.

Looks to me like a challenge. Luckily they're wrong. :)
