Why look at robots.txt when it says to stay out of internal.php (the trap).
Not much redeeming value on www.tagoo.ru.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld and also to our forum!

This one visited me on 6/28/2009. It read robots.txt. It only took one other file, which was not disallowed, so I'm not confident it always obeys robots.txt. I'll let it come back at least once more before deciding if it's ban-worthy.
