robots.txt: yes, but that's all it has retrieved on 2 occasions. No other info in agent string.

I assume it's this: www.qryos.com

Coming from: 202.71.101.nnn

No sign of it recently. From 12-08, one hit:

210.48.158.nn
Qryos
robots.txt? YES

From 10-08, many, many hits; same IP as OP:

202.71.101.nn
Qryos
robots.txt? Yes BUT... Inconsistently

Returned and took 60 web pages that were linked from index page, 2 second intervals. Same IP. No robots.txt this time. Must use cache. No bad behavior.

I've seen it with other user agents:

202.71.101.nnn - - [19/May/2009:02:04:36 -0400] "GET / HTTP/1.0" 301 0 "-" "ASPseek/1.2.10"

Gets kicked for many reasons including lack of rdns, invalid headers etc.
