According to my stats, some SE has been crawling my site for a week now.
The machine ID is "sage0115" and its ip is 216.34.42.115
Net identity is Exodudus Inc

Is it the same as in a previous thread "Zyborg..."? This WiseNut thing?
Thanks in advance

Yeah, it looks like them -- the rwhois brings up:
ip-network 216.34.42.0/24
organization Wizenut
address-1 1333 Lawrence Expressway Suite 269
address-2 Santa Clara, CA 95051
admin-contact dream@wizenut.com
tech-contact dream@wizenut.com

Any speculation on what "ip-network 216.34.42.0/24" is actually saying? That isn't a range - I've tested it on a couple of known class Cs.

"Slash twenty-four" is synonymous to Class C, if that's what you're asking. (the meaning being that it takes 24 bits to define the class, or something)

except that ../24 is the way to do it now, there are also /19 or /5. Network classes A, B, and C are a thing of the past, so to say.
